The Annual General Meeting of the Estonian House Co-operative Society Ltd will be held at 141-143 Campbell St, Surry Hills on Sunday 24th November 2024 at 12.30pm. To constitute a quorum, 8 members to present in person and each being entitled to exercise a vote.
The position of three (3) Directors, namely Aino Matwisyk, Valdur liira and Taimi Nurm become vacant this year. Nominations to fill these positions may be submitted, bearing the consent of the person nominated and 2 signatures of proposers. Such nominations must reach the Secretary by 25th October 2024 (30 days before the General Meeting). Members may hold up to five (5) proxies. All proxies must reach the Secretary at least 48 hours before the Annual General Meeting.
